Maybe just a teensy bit off topic but... when I was new here, another member posted something about anger that intrigued me then and still intrigues me now:

I have no idea whether it works that way for everyone, nor how you can easily find out if it does for you. If it did, though, I'd hate to think that a forum specifically for discussing anger might sometimes be a distraction from looking at what could be behind someone's anger.
