I have found the forums to be very, very helpful. Yes, a lot of us get stuck sometimes - that's part of the process. I'm not on chat much and can't comment on it with much authority though I've never had a bad experience on it.

Also, don't forget the excellent informative articles and Q&A sections of the site either. There's a lot to learn here.
