Tom, there are times when I wish I could understand this kind of stuff but, frankly, I don't get it. I don't know what it's like to feel bored or lonely (in fact, I enjoy my alone time a bit too much). Pleasure? That one seems pretty subjective; and since I don't tend to experience a wide range of emotions, I'm a bit out of my element on that one.

I guess the first question to ask in response to your post is "Why?" Why do you not have pleasure in "anything" and why are you "bored stupid"? As for "isolated," you say that as if it's a bad thing. As for "being lonely," I really don't have a clue about that one.
