The forums, I don't find useful in the slightest. Because they're so bogged down with you can't say anything at all apart from "OMG THAT SUCKS." or other useless statements.

I found good advice on the forums, but I agree with you... sometimes the overall tone bothers me a bit. I wish some people made more effort... I get it, we are all troubled and struggle, but sometimes it helps to try to see how others act and try to help others who struggle... gives one much needed perspective for themselves.
But you cannot force others to post certain way...
