Hello All,
Gonna vent a little. I got a call back from a position I applied for. So the guy tells me that my resume is very impressive, but his wife runs the show and has decided she did not want to hire anyone. He goes on to tell me he will hold on to my resume in case he needed help in the future. He then goes on to say " I may have some other things to do around here...like raking leaves". I have a college degree and the position I was applying for had nothing even remotely to do with maintenance. I am not a proud person when it comes to work, but REALLY, raking leaves!!! You gotta be kidding me, I am not a 12-year-old. I did though realize that if this is a way to possibly get my foot in the door, I told him to give me a call! LOL
