You are not alone. I just had ECT so feeling like this might be due to that, but you are very close to describing how I feel. I'm scared. My husband asked me to go to Ohio to meet up with some of his old Marine friends this weekend and I panicked. I don't think I can really do it. I hope he understands. I hope he goes without me and doesn't stay home because of me.
