Besides a few bumps in the road, (a recent one occuring right now), the combo I'm on has been working quite well. It took 2-3 years. At the moment we are increasing the dosage of one of my meds. But, the combo is solid...the dosages just need tweaking. I've been on many different meds so it's nice to finally find a combo that works!
