I'm sorry to hear you are feeling this way, but I fully understand it. I had to relearn this social skill of not taking out on others how I was feeling or how things needed to change (whether because of a "snafu" or not.)
Your T is on your side. Sometimes things don't go as well as they might for another person..but they have to try to help you, right? Try and not take it personally. You'll get farther, and feel better sooner if you can change that anger at T and life, into energy for changing things.
