Alright Folks,
I've been having such a difficult time sleeping for about 2 weeks now. I'm absolutely exhausted, but I can't sleep no matter how hard I try. I'm even taking OTC sleeping pills, but they're not working.
I'm a 2nd year college student and I know for a fact that stress is normal for every college student. My stress and anxiety have sky rocketed so much, and I'm pretty such that that's why I'm having such a hard time sleeping. But even though I'm exhausted, my thoughts won't stop racing. I'm getting dark circles under my eyes and I hate it.
Final exams are in the 2nd week of December, but I need to have at least a somewhat stable sleeping pattern b/c if I don't, then I certainly won't do well on my finals.
I can't go to my pdoc though and that's a major problem. Even though I'll be home for Thanksgiving, I don't think that I'll be able to go see him. But if I am able to go see him, I don't think I want to be put on a new medication a couple weeks before finals b/c it'll take time for me to adjust to it.
Any advice/help would be really appreciated.
