I live with a relative who has a very invasive style of being. They go around the house all day in their hard-sole shoes fiddling with things, moving them around, buying new things to bring in and move around, all the while, talking incessantly about their next big strategic move, talking all day long about what they're going to do next, and grunting and groaning when they do all of this. They carry on conversations with me even when I'm at the opposite end of the house or not at home. It's like one big, absurd Monty Python skit.

If I say anything like "do you mind?", they stop for a moment and get a blank look on their face, then spring into action. They're basically a force of nature like a hurricane. What is this personality disorder, and is there any help for it?
