sunshine i hope you can seek some help for this with a doctor and/or therapy.
what you describe are textbook symptoms of depression. change in sleeping patterns, change in eating patterns, unable to enjoy things that you used to (probably contributing to your decline in "social life"), lack of concentration (probably effecting your grades as is the lack of sleep) and urge to isolate (also probably effecting your social life)
The first thing to do if you haven't already is to seek help and get a proper diagnosis, and see if you are truly suffering from depression or something related. If you are you can take comfort in knowing that those symptoms are part of the illness and are not a "character trait" or something you are doing wrong. You can also have hope because depression can be treated and with treatment you can get back on track with all the things that are sliding away now.
Please try to find some help with this and continue to post here for understanding and support. We can give some advice based on experience but it requires a trained professional to make a proper diagnosis and to start you on the right road for treatment.
good luck
