As for lithium @ 300 mg I would ask for script to get your levels checked especially if you are concerned the lith is the one causing the symptoms. The side effects might be from the lithium and typically go away. If you tend to be sensitive to drugs I would demand a lith level check just for peace of mind. Just err on the side of caution.
