You need to care about you sweetie We can care about you till we're blue in the face but until you care about you it isn't going to be enough. Find reasons to care about and love yourself. Be a good friend. Smile at someone who seems unhappy. Wave at someone who is alone. Do something unexpectedly nice for someone. Volunteer at a pet shelter. Volunteer at an old folks home.
