Are the holidays a stressful time for you? Could that be contributing to the feeling of evil? This Thanksgiving Day happens to be my 50th birthday. I have some very high expectations (too high?) for that day, and I've noticed that I start getting anxious when I see any hint that something might spoil it. My sisters were having a disagreement a couple of days ago, for example, and all I could think was that the whole family would be up in arms on my birthday/Thanksgiving.

How did you try to make a hole to allow the evil out?
