What I don't understand is, who witnesses something that horrific and DOESN'T intervene, just tells his boss?

I don't understand that. The assistant coach is a big guy. Why didn't he stop the guy and then call the cops? What kind of person behaves that way?

I mean, I'm a small woman and I would have tried to stop the act in progress, even if it meant me getting hurt.
