How did you try to make a hole to allow the evil out?

Hello, wish you luck and goodness for your "50"!! Pdoc changed my meds, from Zyprexa, to Latuda. It hasn't totally gone away, but, better. I can't tell you how I tried to get the evil out. I actually see it, it looks like black sludge climbing up my legs. Pdoc says ignore it, its not real. Isn't seeing believing?
