Yes you probably are right. Now that I am getting my mental health in order, I have been better at expressing my opinions. Prior, I couldn't say a word that might entice a confrontation without crying. I stood up to a coworker the other day who was treating our front office girls like crap. If I here any more crappy attitudes about patients, I won't be able to keep my mouth shut.
