Well it has been a while since I posted this, but things have been so crazy....I have to see an independent medical doctor as a result of the mess with my insurance company and chiropractor not submitting notes. Well I am not sure this makes any sence right now....I am in a fog at the moment...but if this is confusing I will try to explain soon....
