no body knows about the bulemia or the starving ive always hide it. i feel a lot better after i work out but i kno if i would watch what i eat more then i would lose the weight. my problem area is my lower stomach my hips i wanna tone them more but like i said what i eat doesnt help. and somtimes i feel like whats the point of working out if i eat junk food the next day or stuff my face.
i know am holding myself back but why does food have to taste so good! lol
