When nothing really matters, this is the time to implement good self care...but I know motivation is in the way. So treat yourself like a good friend - make healthy meals and go for a pleasurable walk. Life constantly changes so its okay to sit with the feelings and wait for it to change. You can also take baby steps and figure what improvements you can make for life to be better. Everyone has something they're good at.
