There are lot of negative long term effects from bulimia and starvation. Starving yourself is just completely counter productive the only thing you really accomplish is putting your body into starvation mode which just slows down your metabolism. Also when you throw up, you've already absorbed a lot of the food you've already eaten, so it's just damaging more than anything else.

If you feel like your getting hungry when you shouldn't be try drinking a glass of water, sometimes people mistake hunger pains for thirst, also your metabolism will slow down when your dehydrated. It's crazy the difference drinking a lot of water can do.

I think it's more important to accept yourself for who you are and to like yourself. You may not feel you're perfect but I'm sure your beautiful as you are.

It's feels impossible to not constantly stress about weight, I feel like throwing away my scale lol. It does suck that whats horrible for your body tastes so good!

But just because you mess up by over eating you should still get some exercise, it'll make a difference in your body image even if your not losing weight. And to be honest how you feel about yourself trumps your actual weight.
