Speaking for myself and from what my T describes is that of a " mixed episode"
for " me"

But I beleive it varies between everyone ..

Are these symptoms new to you ?
Are you on any new medication?
Or maybe need to review and possibly tweak the ones your on?

As always when in doubt " call your Pdoc "
