(((((morethingswrong))))) Your post have never seemed childish. They're supportive & caring, it doesn't have to be a long life story or educational post. I just enjoy seeing anybody clicking on the "thanks" icon thingy to anything I've written.. In fact I prefer shorter post only because I am ADHD & on those page long post it's hard for me to be patient & stay focused.

As hard as it is, try & give this new med a little time. I am 10 yrs older than you & was in your shoes 10 yrs ago. It did take several tries & combos but it's worth it, still little tweaks here & there. There are still ups & downs, stress aggravates everything, fibro, ect...

Do I have cognitive issues, yes I do. For me I think it's a combo of the meds & just bipolar itself. One of the few blessings about getting older is that you just don't care or get as worked up about that kind of thing as I used to.
Take good care, try & get some rest.
