Well, you could always think about it this way - its sort of like those roundabout merry go round things at the playground lol.

Really though, I totally know where you are coming from hun. I am diagnosed Panic disorder as well so its something I have lots of experience with, and it is still just as scary as when i didnt - though i can now usually say "thats panic, im not actually going to die, that is the anxiety making me feel this way"

If you can just try and keep reminding yourself of this it can help. Despite how it might feel try try try try to do things to takke your mind off it. Watch a funny movie, even if you dont think you can pay attention, put it on in the background.

I used to find hot baths made my heart race worse, so I tend to stay away from that.

some people say that obsessive compulsive activities such as repetative movements can be worse for your anxiety, but I say, if its harmless and it helps, then go ahead - I find repetatively squeezing a tennis ball good, or snapping my fingers repetatively sometimes helps too. Small things like rubbing thumb and forefinger together or playing with a peice of hair. Usually it brings my focus more on that and less on the anxiety.

Sometimes though in the end all you can do is just REALIZE that its going to pass, it will pass, and its passed before!

Also reminding yourself that " Ive gotten through this X amount of times before, I can do it again, though it isint fun!"
