I went to community college for a few semesters because I didn't apply to universities and took a break after high school. There, I took Economics and Accounting courses. I befriended one of my classmates (who was in both my classes) and I later found that he was 32 and just got out of prison for drug dealing. Now he's back in school trying to make something more of his life.

I think if he can do it, you can do it too. Just don't give up, and don't worry about what other people think. Don't let age prevent you from doing what you want.

And if it makes you feel better, there was a 60+ year old man in my Psychology 101 class who just wanted to learn more in this free time. Good for him!
