(((irish)))) Several of us here at PC have had similar bad experiences with hotlines!

Call them back and give them ANY name and see if that works. If not, ask them why they need your name in the first place (maybe funding behind it, you know?) grrrr If you can't talk to them now in any therapeutic way, at least call them and give them your name and ask them to at least leave a message for that nurse that you called.

Try another hotline...a national one or such...
