If I go to walk up the stairs at my house, run from one side of the house to the other, etc. I get short of breath. Not the same kind as if you do sprints and then get winded, but more of a lightheaded fatigue and needing to take several breaths like I am very out of shape. I am out of shape but have never had this happen before my panic attacks started.

It doesn't happen every time, but often. I have panic attacks regularly and anxiety all the time it seems. Sometimes i'll have anxiety attacks right after. It has kept me from doing cardio exercise.

I have a fear of heart attacks which leads to worsening panic attacks.

Do any of you have constant "winded" or out of breath feelings?
