Live in southern hemisphere, and October is hard for us too.
Haven't been on for ages cos been hospitalised twice this Oct.
My dear aunt also suicided this October, after almost not making it last October. She has left behind an 18yo daughter and 15yo son.
Just starting to get it back together i think - refused readmission on Sat just gone.
Thank you for letting us know we are not alone.
