its so hard being lost inthe fog and wanting to just sleep it away - maybe you need rest - are you taking vitamins? somtimes i find that helps lift the fog a little - somtimes i just have to keep doing as much as i can when i can to get through it and sleep and rest if thats all i can do

take it second by second .. you can get through a second right ? good then another and another - and soon its a minute, an hour, a day......

allow yourself to grieve if you feel you want to - but also allow yourself to not feel if that is how it affects you at the moment-

if you have been through depression before - you are strong - you made it through - you know what it does and you made it out of the fog before and you can do it again

dont forget to check wiht your dr in case there is a physical reason for the fog -make sure you are hydrated and eating - these are things that can slip away while we sit on the edge of that dark place

as has been said - there are many here who have been in the fog and who are willing to sit with you until you find your way out
