I have parts that don't come out. They don't talk to me. I don't know if they talk to anyone.
I'm only aware of them because they come when my therapist and I do a "confenece table" meeting with my alts. where we call them all to the table and listen. We try to address the whole system, before we do any thing with individuals.
they come but stay back out of the light and just watch.
I don't have a lot of insiders, I was told I'm not poly-fragmented, wich seems to fit because I never felt there were that many in side.
But some are coming forward. I'm working on building trust, and making peace with them. I'm surprised at how well it's woking.
Still, some are pretty angry with me...
one step at a time, I guess.
