Yes, I experience this on a regular basis. This is one of my primary symptoms, actually. My racing thoughts often cause my anxiety as I'm trying to think clearly and I can't, so I panic. I forget things constantly, make many mistakes, my ability to read comes and goes (due to inability to focus on one thought.) It also causes me to have pressured speech.

Intrusive thoughts are worse, because I have irritability and racing thoughts, and intrusive thoughts. I often am also fatigued and feeling hopeless/helpless. This is when I am most likely to have suicidal ideation. My last doc told me that is a strong indicator of mixed state.
