You know what is causing your suicidal and self-harm thoughts, which is a huge step. The fact that you have posted is great. You are strong, you can do this! I'm sure you have some distracting activities that you have done before to avoid SI...whatever is positive that works for you is awesome. For me, exercising and taking a long, hot bath are two activities that get me through a rough patch.
