Yes, computers have time and date, and usually in larger city areas there are free phone numbers to call that are automatic and tell you time and date also. Cellular phones can tell you this also, as most have a calendar and highlights the day for you.

There are clocks that talk (my blind friend has one) that will speak the time and day, date to you. Wouldn't that be fun to have?

Calendars are a must! Personal day-timers or such to carry and everyone puts what they want to do into it... ones at home on the wall.

I get confused because of my chronic pain..where one days runs into another. It's very difficult to feel real when you aren't sure of the day! TC
