I'm so very, very sorry. Please accept my heartfelt and humble apologies.

I was very upset when I left the Drs office because it did not go well. I went shopping at Sam's Warehouse and was thinking about what he had said. It was running over and over in my mind and without thinking I jerked up a whole case of water. It was much, much heavier than I had anticipated. I'm not supposed to pick up anything over the weight of 1 gallon of water. Well, needless to say, the case of water was much heaver.

My chest wall popped out immediately. It's an old injury and I'm scheduled to have to wear a really tight brace for it beginning the first of the week. I had to drive myself to the ER. I've been in terrible pain and mentally and emotionally overwhelmed by many things.

It's no excuse for letting you be worried and I'm so very sorry.
