Oh, Fuzzybear, please don't go in a hole! Try hard to think of someone you could talk with about these things. If there really is no one available right now, maybe what I do when that happens to me will help: I write a letter to whomever I wish were here listening to me. I just pour it all out to them. I write & write & write ( usually cry & cry & cry too) until I'm limp usually. Often I'm so wiped out by it I fall asleep. Afterwards, though, I feel better.

If you're not a writing type, maybe you could imagine the special person being with you and tell them, out loud, just talk it out.

But please stay up here on top of the ground with us. I don't know you yet, but any bear who does the hula I sure want to know!
