(((Tomjones))) Really sorry you are still struggling to get some help.
Like I said in an earlier post, don't give up, just keep calling, calling...
Don't know which country you live in but try & stay motivated if this is apparently your only resource.
Was on state assistance & if needed anything, (and phone was only way of communicating with them), had to call repeatedly, busy signal, then was on hold aroung 40 min then often sent to 3-4 people before my issue was addressed. I did not give up. I appealed decisions & won, ect. It can be done.
Do you have a case worker or social worker? If not, ask for one. Don't be intimated by the system, don't let yourself fall thru the cracks.
Now, I know this is easier said than done! If you have any kind of support system, friend or family, ask them to help.
I have a friend whose husband can NOT use/talk on phone. Wife calls & he gives them permission for her to handle whatever it is.
Hope you get some results soon, hang in there!
