Is it the kind that just randomly hit you and take your breath away and you feel like you cant breathe normal because it hurts too bad. Its wave after wave of pain and you have to breathe in little short breaths until its gone then for like 5-10 mins after the shocking pain is gone you are fine but still feel a small ache where it hurt before?

If so, I totally get it too. Its unexplainable, scary and very painful for me.
