I am sorry you are in such an unfortunate situation. It must be tough. You really are stuck as long as you stay in your current mindset. From here I see you have two choices. Stay at your current job, throw yourself into your work, isolated and fall deeper into depression or dig deep into yourself, telling yourself you are not going to let depression rule your life and build up enough motivation to get out there and find another job that will be more rewarding. I know you feel stuck, but the only way to get unstuck, like getting a car out of the mud, is to get out and start pushing.

Do you have a T? Antidepressants? Maybe its time to get on them or readjust the dosage to get through this period of your life.
