Trust me, it's extremely inadequate in the U.S. too. Around here the docs with the best reputations only accept the best health insurance plans (hooray for privatized health care and the lovely hierarchy of care it creates!).

I can only empathize. Yes, trying to get treatment for depression (or any MI for that matter) sucks. It sucks giant icy snowballs.
