Just to add to what Sabby told you, it isn't a bone at all...that is your ulnar nerve. You have one in the elbow of each arm. They usually have very little protective covering as Sabby said. Mine are particularly exposed. If I rest my elbows in a certain way, even on a soft surface, my arms will "go to sleep" from the elbows down.
