You did the exact right thing, and if more parents did what you did and called 911 when they where overwhelmed, there would be millions of less abused kids and kids injured in accidents out there. Now, for next time check for other resources. In my city, there is a number you can call and you can get an emergency babysitter and it's for a crisis like what happened to you. I can find it and give it
to you, and then they can see if there is something in your area.
