After 4 days of being on insulin and taking my oral meds on time (not an easy thing for me to do), my numbers are down a bit. On Wednesday I need to call the endo with my results for the week and I'm pretty sure she will increase my insulin because the numbers are not where they need to be.

I have been trying hard to change my diet as well. Of course, everything has been made more difficult because of the individual I take care of has broken a bone in his foot and I am now having to transfer him in and out of his wheelchair and my back is screaming and my hands are now going numb. Not to mention I have to wait on him hand and foot (excuse the crappy pun). LOL

It seems that no matter what I have to do to care for myself, when I make the decision to do that, something else happens in my job to make focusing on me more difficult. Sometimes it just plain sucks.
Thanks for this!
