I too agree with Darkeyes. I think that alot of teens do get bad raps with the driving. I see tons of "soccor moms" in the mini van, on the phone, kids up walking around and weaving in and out of traffic and then look at you when they make a mistake.

Cell phones are a big problem to those not using them responsibly. I used to gab on the cell all the time on the road. I dont now. I only get a call from my son letting me know he has made it in the house safely. I just think they are a huge distraction.
