The more you can post on here the better. Start your own threads & respond to others. You & people with similar overwhelm going on in their lives will get to know you & you them. I think that will help.

These are pretty fine folks here, and they are generous with their experience. Most of it has been painfully gained. You may have figured that your precious daughter is here for a reason --if only to give you a reason right now. A lot of us have been there.
