Last week I had to call pdoc about my depression worsening and he upped a med. i had to schedule an appointment in a week or two. So I see him tomorrow and I am soooo nervous about it.i feel alt better, although also stupid for having to call. Its just gonna be awkward I think. Though i dont know why. My anxiety is terrible lately and i dont wanna talk to him bout it but i wiil. Might as well make the most of the money i spend there. Just getting this out.
