My first therapist told me if she were to see me in public she would not acknowledge me unless I went up to her first. I thought it was really strict but those were her rules.

The gym I use to go to, my old GP went there. She would look at me but always avoided me as well. It got to the point where I was very uncomfortable and avoided the gym on the days/times I knew she went. I also breathed a sigh of relief when that gym closed their daycare and I was pretty much forced to go somewhere else.

I guess I'd say Hi to her and see what happens.
