Yes that always happens to me. Usually in my stomach or my sides, sort of feels like cramp but really bad. For some reason it only happens to me when I lie on my back though. Sometimes it really hurts. The only way I can explain this is that it's your muscles going into spazm in reaction to whatever dream your having.
