I can't believe I still haven't cut. It's almost a miracle. I've been taking desperate measures trying not to and somehow those desperate measures have been working. Curling in a ball and pulling at my hair is one of those. I've probably hit myself hard enough to leave a bruise which is still considered self injury but I havn't cut. It's a different feeling than cutting. But I still haven't cut. I keep telling myself that. Wonder if it will help.
