I had an older - well not older then I am now but older then the memory content and The name came from a teacher the age was that teachers age but the memory content was the abuse situation revolving around how I was forced to give up contact with her. Some of those memorys stored as that teachers name contained information that was the same as what she taught in school. Once I had the name and the class info I was able to know exactly when the abuse memories happened and I was able to locate that teacher in real life after losing contact with her 25 years ago. She was able to help me put the missing pieces together of what happened back then vs what my abusers told me. Once I remembered all this those memorys were stored just like a normal memory is and I no longer act out the memory content of "Darlene".
