I know where you're coming from. My eating patterns are similar.
I think what you need to try doing is spacing out your meals better. Eat a certain amount for breakfast, and an equal amount at lunch and dinner. This will also (probably- I'm no doctor! ) help your weight, I'd think. Controlled eating patterns benefit the body.
Try NOT to throw up, because it really doesn't help much.
If you really think you're overweight or big, then try exercising (in moderation!).
